Mission of H.A.W.K
According the offical site H.A.W.K works from uncovering the potential within each child to providing children with the tools to nurture their talents, the Help A Willing Kid foundation has been assisting underprivileged youth for nearly 15 years. By providing a variety of programs for kids in the greater Lansing area, the H.A.W.K. Foundation has tried to bridge a gap in society so these children can rise up.
Our Events
Teeter-Totter-A-Thon (TTAT)
It is a 24 hour festival centered around the collaborative effort to keep a teeter Totter in constant motion and features etc.
The Philanthropy Committee's most recognizable event is Teeter-Totter-A-Thon, a combination Fundraising/Service event that occurs each fall. Brothers Teeter-Totter for 24 straight hours, sometimes through snow and rain, never missing a beat.
