We are an honors co-educational academic fraternity with approximately 130 members spanning a diversity of majors, ages, and backgrounds.

Our Services

From philanthropy to social events to scholastic nights, we offer a plethora of activities in a close-knit community.

Scholarship

Scholarship in our organization expands outside the classroom and is a part of a larger “always learning” philosophy.

Leadership

The brothers of Phi Sigma Pi strive to be involved in service both within the fraternity as well as in the greater community.

Fellowship

Phi Sigma Pi provides the opportunity for students to gain core leadership skills to strengthen oneself

Involvement

Brothers are involved with a local organization based out of the Crown Boxing Gym in Lansing called the Help A Willing Kid foundation.

Joining Phi Sigma Pi is the first step in a lifelong journey of increased awareness, improved capabilities, greater opportunities and a network of friendships.

Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity is a co-educational fraternity open to undergraduate students attending four-year colleges and universities throughout the United States.

Ideals

What is it about us, that makes us special?

RECOGNITION

The Scholastic and Recognition committee is in charge of enriching the multidimensional intellect and well-rounded world knowledge of our brotherhood.

ALUMNI

The Alumni committee works to ensure that Brothers who are graduated remain an integral part of Phi Sigma Pi at MSU.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

The main purpose of the Public Relations Committee is to create awareness of Phi Sigma Pi within the community of Michigan State University and to campaign for prospective members.

PHILANTHROPHY

The philanthropy committee supports and communicates with a local organization based out of the Crown Boxing Gym in Lansing called the Help A Willing Kid foundation.

SOCIAL

Our social committee plans events throughout the year to foster fellowship and have fun.

FUNDRAISING

Raise money in order to keep our Chapter dues low and to provide committees with funds necessary to run their events.

RISK MANAGMENT

Under a risk management plan, potential problems are identified in advance and plans are made to ensure that these and other problems do not arise.

INTER CHAPTER RELATIONS

They ensure that Brothers who are members of chapters at different universities feel welcome at Michigan State and know what we are up to.
